Applications and payments outside the reception hours will be canceled.
●Reception starts at 9:00 on the day.
It takes at least 2 hours to dispatch the vehicle at the desired departure time.

From application to return to hotel
① Apply from the internet.
・Normal application is until 17:00 the day before.
② A taxi driver will pick you up at your home, hotel, or the north exit of Sapporo Station(Taxi stop)at your desired time on the day.
③ Arrived at Sapporo Bankei Ski Area! Check rental equipment at the rental corner in the center lodge.
④ Please discuss the return time and pick-up location directly with the taxi driver.
⑤ A taxi will take you to your hotel, your home or Sapporo Station.

Payment by transfer is up to 3 days before departure. (Excluding the year-end and New Year holidays.)
